A&K Chorothetisis is the Athens architectural studio behind this Scandinavian renovation, working in a register that pairs light oak, white plaster and quiet hand-finishing with the kind of geometric clarity that belongs more to Copenhagen than to the Mediterranean.
The brief reshaped a residential interior end to end. Floors, openings, joinery and ceilings were redrawn to one logic, so the rooms read as a single composition rather than a sequence of adjoining boxes. The result is a house that breathes evenly, room to room, season to season.
House of Advanced produced the cinematic film and the architectural photography for the studio. Two long-form films, a slow-paced cinematic main and a dynamic counter-cut, alongside a complete photo set covering every room and the architectural details that carry the language.
