House of Advanced is a luxury real estate marketing agency headquartered in Athens, Greece. Service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between House of Advanced and the client. These Terms of Use cover only the public website and the enquiry process.
3. Use of the website
You may view, browse and use houseofadvanced.com for personal or business information purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to access parts of the website that are not intended for public access.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or its servers.
- Scrape, harvest or otherwise extract data from the website by automated means without written permission.

5. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry through our qualification form or by email does not create a contract between you and House of Advanced. An engagement is formed only once both parties sign a written agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees and schedule.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion, for any reason. See the disqualifier list on our contact page for the engagement types we typically decline.

This website may link to third-party sites for the convenience of visitors. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and the appearance of a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimers

Liability for direct damages, where not excluded by law, is limited to an amount equal to the fees you have paid to House of Advanced in the preceding twelve months, if any.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of this website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this document is the last update date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
