Omnia Collection
ORMOS Piraeus, the collection’s boutique hotel half a kilometre from the port, photographed from the air, from the street and room by room, and filmed vertically for the phone.
Omnia Collection, ORMOS Piraeus
The OMNIA Collection brings together hotels and residences in Athens, from Omnia Pagrati to ORMOS Piraeus. ORMOS is the collection’s hotel by the port, a contemporary boutique hotel on Iroon Polytechniou Avenue that opened in June 2026.
The port is around 500 metres away and the metro around 150, which makes the hotel a base for the city and for the ferry to the islands. The rooms are finished in white and warm oak, with grey or teal upholstered beds.
We photographed the hotel once it was finished: the harbour and the city from the air, the street front at dusk, the stair and corridors, and four rooms one by one, down to the shelf and the shower. The same shoot fed a vertical film cut for the feed.

The building was still under works. The film already showed it finished.
A hotel filmed before it was finished.
The building was still under works when we shot it. The scaffolding was on the ground floor and the shopfronts were not built, yet the film had to show the hotel as guests would find it. We combined real camera work, AI modifications made shot by shot, and the finished building, so the three read as one film.
- 01
The construction look, kept on purpose
The film opens on the building as it stood: the old facade, then the construction mesh, then the finished hotel. Instead of hiding the works we made them the start of the story, so the viewer watches the building change before stepping inside.
- 02
A ground floor that was not built yet
On the day of the shoot the street front was still scaffolding. We built it in post from the client’s design: three bays, the restaurant on the left, the reception in the centre and the café on the right, with walls between them. Each bay was built at the angle of its own camera, so it reads as a real room seen from there and not as a layer placed on top.
- 03
Light, made subtle
The first versions glowed like lightboxes and gave the edit away. The ground floor sits in the shade of the first floor balcony, so we brought the storefronts down to the tone of the building, let the interiors glow softly through the glass, and matched the sun and the shadows to the time of day of each shot.
- 04
One building in every shot
Across a film made of many shots, small things drift: a pergola appears in one shot and not the next, the air conditioning covers change, the side glass is missing. We corrected every shot to the facade as it now stands, so the building is the same from the first frame to the last and nothing tells the viewer where the camera ends and the modification begins.
